A stunning action print of the Ploesti oil field raid depicting B-24s flying low, one with an inboard engine on fire, headed home after an historic raid. The limited edition, published to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of this raid carries the original personal signatures of five pilots from five different bomb groups who participated in this event. They are: Major General Phillip Ardrey, 389th Bomb Group; Colonel William Cameron, 44th Bomb Group; Lt. General Keith Compton, 376th Bomb Group; Major General Ramsey Potts, 93rd Bomb Group; and Major Robert Sternfels, 98th Bomb Group.
